Basset's is ideally situated on Eastbourne Seafront, opposite the Redoubt Fortress and Bowling Green. The beach is only a two minute walk, where you will find the Yachting Club and windsurfing facilities. The Pier, Shopping centre and Theatres are all within easy walking distance.

Many of the rooms at Basset's have sea views, some with balconies. All doubles, twins and family rooms are en-suite and have double glazing and central heating, colour TV, radio alarm and tea/coffee making facilities.

The dining room has a warm atmosphere where you can choose from a wide ranging breakfast menu which includes English, Vegetarian and continental breakfast.
